Immediately call Curaçao Road Service at (005999) 199. A team will come to the accident location, make an official report, and take photos. You will receive a copy of this report, which must be delivered to
Heat Car Rental so we can proceed with the insurance claim.

If you drive away from the accident scene, you will be fully responsible for all damages to the rental car, even if you selected the Zero Risk option.
